Allí, Indra es conocido con el nombre de Vibhu y es también el señor de los tres mundos. En ese mismo período, debe entenderse que el Manu es Raivata, hermano de Tāmasa.

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Īśāna
Cosmic Event: manvantara governance (Indra-name and Manu succession; kinship link to Tāmasa)
It places even the highest worldly authority—Indra, the ruler of the three worlds—within a time-bound cosmic cycle (Manvantara), implying that true refuge is in Shiva, the timeless Pati beyond changing offices and ages.
By naming changing cosmic rulers, it contrasts transient celestial posts with the स्थिर (steady) support of Saguna Shiva worship—especially Linga-upasana—through which devotees seek liberation rather than temporary heavenly sovereignty.
A practical takeaway is to prioritize daily Panchakshara japa ("Om Namah Shivaya") and Linga worship with bhasma and rudraksha, remembering that all cosmic ranks are impermanent compared to Shiva-bhakti.
