नारदप्रश्नवर्णन (Nāradapraśna-varṇana) — “Account of Nārada’s Inquiry”

It teaches that destiny unfolds as spoken, yet divine order also includes śāpoddhāra—restoration through humility, confession of fault, and the grace that resolves karmic obstructions.
The Gaṇas belong to Saguna Shiva’s sacred retinue; the verse highlights that reconciliation and removal of impediments occur within Shiva’s divine governance, often fulfilled through devotion and Shiva-oriented rites.
A practical takeaway is repentance with prayer and seeking forgiveness before beginning Shiva-upāsanā—then proceeding with mantra-japa (especially the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) as a means to clear inner obstacles.
