कैलासगमनं कुबेरसख्यं च — Śiva’s Journey to Kailāsa and His Friendship with Kubera
प्रेरितोऽपि जनन्या स न ययौ पितुरंतिकम् । गृहकार्यांतरव्याप्तो दीक्षितो दीक्षितायिनीम्
prerito'pi jananyā sa na yayau pituraṃtikam | gṛhakāryāṃtaravyāpto dīkṣito dīkṣitāyinīm
Aunque su madre lo instó, no fue a la presencia de su padre. Absorbido en otras tareas del hogar, el iniciado atendió a la mujer que estaba realizando el rito de iniciación (dīkṣā).
