Sukta 9.81
प्र सोमस्य पवमानस्योर्मय इन्द्रस्य यन्ति जठरं सुपेशसः । दध्ना यदीमुन्नीता यशसा गवां दानाय शूरमुदमन्दिषुः सुताः ॥
prá sómasya pavamānasyórmaya índrasya yanti jaṭháraṃ su-péśasaḥ | dadhnā́ yad ī́m unnī́tā yaśásā gávāṃ dānā́ya śū́ram úd amandiṣuḥ sutā́ḥ ||
Hacia delante se lanzan las olas de Soma, el Pavāmāna; de bella forma, van al vientre de Indra. Cuando, con cuajada (la riqueza espesada), se las alza y se las exprime, — exprimidas — embriagan al héroe para el don de los rayos de luz; por la gloria lo elevan hacia lo alto.
