सं वत्स इव मातृभिरिन्दुर्हिन्वानो अज्यते । देवावीर्मदो मतिभिः परिष्कृतः ॥
Transliteration
saṃ vatsa iva mātṛbhir índur hinvā́no ajyate | devāvī́r mádo matíbhiḥ páriṣkṛtaḥ ||
Translation
Como un ternero con las madres, Indu (Soma), impulsado, es ungido y llevado a la plenitud. Este éxtasis que trae a los dioses el vigor heroico es depurado y perfeccionado por los pensamientos clarificados (matī).
