Sukta 7.56
अस्मे वीरो मरुतः शुष्म्यस्तु जनानां यो असुरो विधर्ता । अपो येन सुक्षितये तरेमाध स्वमोको अभि वः स्याम ॥
asmē vīró marutaḥ śuṣmy astu jánānāṃ yó ásuro vidhartā́ | apó yéna sukṣitáye tárēmā́dha svám óko abhí vaḥ syāma ||
En nosotros, oh Maruts, haya un héroe lleno de vigor —el Asura, el ordenador entre los hombres. Por él crucemos las aguas hacia una buena morada; entonces lleguemos a nuestro propio hogar, en vuestra presencia.
