Sukta 7.36
उत त्ये नो मरुतो मन्दसाना धियं तोकं च वाजिनोऽवन्तु । मा नः परि ख्यदक्षरा चरन्त्यवीवृधन्युज्यं ते रयिं नः ॥
utá tyé no marúto mandasānā́ dhíyaṃ tokáṃ ca vā́jino 'vantu | mā́ naḥ pári khyad ákṣarā cáranty avī́vṛdhan yújyaṃ te rayíṃ naḥ ||
Y que esos Maruts, gozosos en su propio arrebato, protejan para nosotros el pensamiento inspirado, la descendencia y la fuerza del vājin. Que el poder errante, imperecedero, no nos mire de paso ni nos abandone; antes bien, que acreciente para nosotros tu riqueza uncida, tu rayi.
