अभी षतस्तदा भरेन्द्र ज्यायः कनीयसः । पुरूवसुर्हि मघवन्त्सनादसि भरेभरे च हव्यः ॥

abhī́ ṣatáḥ tádā́ bharéndra jyā́yaḥ kanī́yasaḥ | purūvásur hí maghavants sanā́d asi bháre-bhare ca hávyaḥ ||

Tráenos ese poder que vence las adversidades; oh Indra, más fuerte que los fuertes, para el menor tú eres el mayor. Pues tú, oh munífico, desde antiguo eres rico en muchos tesoros, y en cada combate eres el que debe ser invocado.
