Sukta 6.52
अवन्तु मामुषसो जायमाना अवन्तु मा सिन्धवः पिन्वमानाः । अवन्तु मा पर्वतासो ध्रुवासोऽवन्तु मा पितरो देवहूतौ ॥
ávantu mām uṣáso jā́yamānā ávantu mā síndhavaḥ pínvamānāḥ | ávantu mā párvatāso dhruvā́so’vantu mā pítaro deva-hū́tau ||
Que las Uṣas, naciendo una y otra vez, me protejan; que los Sindhu —los ríos, henchidos de fuerza— me protejan. Que las montañas, firmes e inconmovibles, me protejan; que los Padres, en la invocación de los dioses (devahūti), me protejan.
