शुनं हुवेम मघवानमिन्द्रमस्मिन्भरे नृतमं वाजसातौ । शृण्वन्तमुग्रमूतये समत्सु घ्नन्तं वृत्राणि संजितं धनानाम् ॥

Transliteration

śunáṃ huvema maghávānam índram asmín bháre nṛ́tamaṃ vā́jasātau | śṛṇvántam ugrám ūtáye samátsu ghnántaṃ vṛtrā́ṇi saṃjítam dhánānām ||

Translation

Para nuestro bien invocamos en esta batalla a Indra el generoso, el más varonil en la conquista de la plenitud. Escuchando, fiero para nuestro auxilio en los choques, derriba a los Vṛtra, vencedor que reúne las riquezas.
