Sukta 3.31
सम्पश्यमाना अमदन्नभि स्वं पयः प्रत्नस्य रेतसो दुघानाः । वि रोदसी अतपद्घोष एषां जाते निष्ठामदधुर्गोषु वीरान् ॥
sampáśyamānā amadan abhí sváṃ páyaḥ pratnásya rétaso dúghānāḥ | ví rodasī atapad ghóṣa eṣāṃ jā́te níṣṭhām adadhur góṣu vīrā́n ||
Viendo juntas, se embriagaron en su propio deleite, ordeñando la leche de la semilla antigua. Su clamor ardió a través de los dos mundos; cuando nació, asentaron el fundamento firme — colocando las potencias heroicas entre los rayos (vacas) de la luz.
