Sukta 2.16
प्र ते नावं न समने वचस्युवं ब्रह्मणा यामि सवनेषु दाधृषिः । कुविन्नो अस्य वचसो निबोधिषदिन्द्रमुत्सं न वसुनः सिचामहे ॥
prá te nā́vaṃ ná sámane vacasyúvaṃ bráhmaṇā yā́mi sávaneṣu dā́dhṛṣiḥ | kuvín no asyá vácaso nibódhiṣad índram utsáṃ ná vásunaḥ sicāmahe ||
Como una barca hacia el cruce, voy a ti con la palabra que busca ser pronunciada, con el brahmán‑mantra, en los prensados del Soma, oh firme. Que él atienda de veras a esta nuestra palabra; derramemos a Indra como una fuente de riquezas.
