Sukta 10.82

चक्षुषः पिता मनसा हि धीरो घृतमेने अजनन्नन्नमाने । यदेदन्ता अददृहन्त पूर्व आदिद्द्यावापृथिवी अप्रथेताम् ॥

cákṣuṣaḥ pitā mánasā hí dhīró ghṛtámene ajanann annamā́ne | yadéd ántā adadṛhanta pū́rva ā́d id dyāvāpṛthivī́ aprathetām ||

El Padre de la visión, el sabio firme, engendró por la mente el flujo clarificado (ghṛta), el entendimiento luminoso, mientras los dos se inclinaban en adoración. Cuando los primeros límites quedaron firmemente asentados, entonces el Cielo y la Tierra se expandieron hacia su vasta morada.
