Sukta 10.34
नीचा वर्तन्त उपरि स्फुरन्त्यहस्तासो हस्तवन्तं सहन्ते । दिव्या अङ्गारा इरिणे न्युप्ताः शीताः सन्तो हृदयं निर्दहन्ति ॥
nīcā́ vártanta úpari sphuranty ahastā́so hástavantaṃ sahante | divyā́ aṅgā́rā íriṇe nyùptāḥ śītā́ḥ sántaḥ hṛ́dayaṃ nír dahanti ||
Unas veces ruedan abajo, otras saltan arriba; los sin manos vencen al que tiene manos. Como carbones celestes enterrados en tierra estéril: parecen fríos — y, sin embargo, abrasan el corazón.
