युवमेतानि दिवि रोचनान्यग्निश्च सोम सक्रतू अधत्तम् । युवं सिन्धूँरभिशस्तेरवद्यादग्नीषोमावमुञ्चतं गृभीतान् ॥

yuvám etā́ni diví rocanā́ny agníś ca soma sákratū adhattam | yuváṃ síndhūn abhíśaster avadyā́d agnī́ṣomā́v amuñcataṃ gṛbhītā́n ||

Vosotros dos establecisteis estas regiones resplandecientes en el cielo — Agni y Soma, fuertes en voluntad. Liberasteis los ríos, retenidos por la maldición de la palabra hostil; oh Agni y Soma, soltasteis lo que había sido apresado.
