Transliteration

hvayā́my agníṁ prathamáṁ svastáye hvayā́mi mitrā́varuṇāv ihā́vase | hvayā́mi rā́trīṁ jágato nivéśanīṁ hvayā́mi deváṁ savitā́ram ūtáye ||

Translation

Invoco primero a Agni para el bienestar propicio; invoco aquí a Mitra y a Varuṇa para su ayuda protectora. Invoco a la Noche, asentadora y morada del mundo en movimiento; invoco al dios Savitṛ para su amparo sustentador.
