Rāma Summoned; Pushya Coronation Decision
अमोघं बत मे क्षान्तं पुरुषे पुष्करेक्षणे।
येयमिक्ष्वाकुराज्यश्रीः पुत्र त्वां संश्रयिष्यति।।2.4.41।।
amoghaṃ bata me kṣāntaṃ puruṣe puṣkarekṣaṇe | yeyam ikṣvāku-rājya-śrīḥ putra tvāṃ saṃśrayiṣyati || 2.4.41 ||
«¡No ha sido vana, hijo mío, mi paciencia y mi perseverancia en la devoción al Señor de ojos de loto! Pues la fortuna real del linaje de Ikṣvāku vendrá a reposar en ti.»
O my son! my devotion to the lotus-eyed Visnu, enduring the pain (of observance of vows and fasting) have not gone in vain.The royal fortune of the Ikshvakus will pass on to you. What a joy!
