Unspecified (addressing a king: rājan)
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
Type: celestial_realm
It emphasizes that devotion or observance connected with Soma (the Moon) can yield the intended merit without needing countless separate vows.
The verse notes merit “from the rise/onset” (udayāt) of Navamī—i.e., beginning from when Navamī starts.
The verse states that the same benefit is also obtained on Budha (Wednesday), linking the observance/merit to that weekday as well.
