The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
सुगंधिशिफालिकया त्रिमध्वक्तैर्यथाविधि । होमात्सप्तसु वारेषु तन्मंडलत एव वै ॥ १६७ ॥
sugaṃdhiśiphālikayā trimadhvaktairyathāvidhi | homātsaptasu vāreṣu tanmaṃḍalata eva vai || 167 ||
Con la fragante śiphālikā (semejante al jazmín), mezclada con las tres sustancias dulces y con ghee, debe realizarse el homa según la norma. Al hacer el homa durante siete días, el fruto deseado surge en verdad de ese mismo maṇḍala.
