The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala

Sanatkumara (addressing Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents a phala-śruti: a traditional statement of ritual result, linking disciplined fire-offering (homa) with tangible prosperity, reinforcing faith in Vedic karmakāṇḍa methods within dharma.
While primarily ritualistic, it supports bhakti indirectly by emphasizing reverent, rule-based offerings into sacred fire—an act traditionally performed with devotion, purity, and intention (śraddhā) toward the divine order.
Ritual procedure and counting discipline in homa (number of āhutis, proper fuel, and ghee application) reflect Vedāṅga-oriented technical practice connected with kalpa-style injunctions.
