Habiendo meditado en la forma de Trivikrama (el de los tres pasos), debe uno, con mente recogida, recitar el mantra; por el poder del mantra, aun el que está atado queda libre de la prisión.
Narada (teaching within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that focused meditation on Vishnu as Trivikrama, joined with disciplined mantra-japa, has the power to remove bondage—symbolically inner limitations and, as stated, even literal imprisonment.
Bhakti here is expressed as dhyāna (loving contemplation of Vishnu’s form) and japa (devotional repetition). The verse emphasizes samāhita-citta—steadfast attention—as the devotional condition that makes practice effective.
It highlights the applied discipline of mantra-japa with mental concentration (samādhāna), a practical ritual-technical principle used across Vedic practice for producing intended results (phala) through correct, focused recitation.
