It emphasizes truthful, complete disclosure when giving shastric guidance—answers about gain, loss, and the future should be given fully and responsibly, reflecting dharmic speech.
Indirectly, it supports bhakti by insisting on integrity in counsel: truthful speech and correct guidance are dharmic qualities that sustain a devotee’s life of right conduct.
It aligns with Jyotisha-style query answering—how to respond when asked about prosperity, loss, and future outcomes—stressing that the respondent should state the complete result.
