Gaṇeśa Mantra-vidhi: Mahāgaṇapati Gāyatrī, Vakratuṇḍa Mantra, Nyāsa, Homa, Āvaraṇa-pūjā, and Caturthī Vrata
नामौ लिंगे पदे न्यस्याखिलेन व्यापकं चरेत् । उद्यदर्कद्युतिं हस्तैः पाशांकुशवराभयान् ॥ ६७ ॥
nāmau liṃge pade nyasyākhilena vyāpakaṃ caret | udyadarkadyutiṃ hastaiḥ pāśāṃkuśavarābhayān || 67 ||
Habiendo colocado (realizado el nyāsa de) los dos Nombres sobre el liṅga y sobre los pies, practíquese luego la contemplación del Omnipenetrante. Medítese en la Deidad resplandeciente como el sol naciente, con manos que portan el lazo (pāśa), el aguijón (aṅkuśa), el gesto de otorgar dones y el gesto de la intrepidez (abhaya).
