सुषुम्णावर्त्मना पुष्पमाघ्रायोद्वासयेद् बुधः । शंखचक्रशिलालिंगविघ्नसूर्यद्वयं तथा ॥ १२० ॥

Habiendo inhalado la fragancia de una flor por el canal de suṣumṇā, el sabio debe exhalar suavemente. Del mismo modo, ha de contemplar: la caracola (śaṅkha), el disco (cakra), la piedra sagrada (śilā), el liṅga, el Removedor de obstáculos (Vighna/Gaṇeśa) y el par de soles.
