गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
पापमूलवपुर्हन्तुः का कीर्तिस्तव बाहुज । भविष्यतीति निश्चित्य नैतान्हिंसीस्ततः सुत ॥ ६० ॥
pāpamūlavapurhantuḥ kā kīrtistava bāhuja | bhaviṣyatīti niścitya naitānhiṃsīstataḥ suta || 60 ||
Oh, de brazos poderosos, ¿qué gloria será la tuya como matador de criaturas cuya misma condición está arraigada en el pecado? Sabiendo con certeza que tal fama te seguirá, hijo mío, no les hagas daño.
