Bhakti-Śraddhā-Ācāra-Māhātmya and the Commencement of the Mārkaṇḍeya Narrative

पश्यतामेव देवानां तत्रैवान्तरधीयत । तुष्टात्मानः सुरगणां ययुर्नाकं यथागतम् ॥ ७७ ॥

paśyatāmeva devānāṃ tatraivāntaradhīyata | tuṣṭātmānaḥ suragaṇāṃ yayurnākaṃ yathāgatam || 77 ||

Ante la mirada misma de los devas, desapareció allí mismo. Con el corazón complacido, las huestes celestiales regresaron al cielo, tal como habían venido.
