Morando allí por un tiempo, que se sustente con alimento del bosque y coma con moderación. Que cumpla debidamente el culto de la Sandhyā y observe el baño tres veces al día.
Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It prescribes a purification-based sādhana: simplicity (forest fare), self-restraint (moderate eating), and daily sanctification through Sandhyā worship and three-time bathing—framing inner purity through outer discipline.
By insisting on Sandhyā upāsanā and regulated living, it supports bhakti with consistent daily worship and bodily purity—habits that stabilize the mind for remembrance and reverence toward the Divine.
Ritual time-discipline tied to the three daily junctions (trikāla) and Sandhyā practice reflects applied Kalpa (ritual procedure) and traditional time-awareness used in Vedic observances.
