Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama

न्यासं समाचरेन्मंत्री पृथगेव करांगयोः । विन्यस्य हृदये तारं भूः शिरस्यथ विन्यसेत् ॥ ४१ ॥

nyāsaṃ samācarenmaṃtrī pṛthageva karāṃgayoḥ | vinyasya hṛdaye tāraṃ bhūḥ śirasyatha vinyaset || 41 ||

El conocedor de mantras debe realizar Nyāsa por separado en las manos y las extremidades. Colocando la sílaba Oṃ en el corazón, luego debe colocar Bhūḥ en la cabeza.
