श्राद्धे हवनकाले च दद्यादेकेन पाणिना । उभाभ्यां तर्पणे दद्यादेष धर्मो व्यवस्थितः ॥ ९४ ॥
śrāddhe havanakāle ca dadyādekena pāṇinā | ubhābhyāṃ tarpaṇe dadyādeṣa dharmo vyavasthitaḥ || 94 ||
En el śrāddha y en el momento del homa (ofrenda al fuego), debe darse con una sola mano; pero en el tarpaṇa (libación para satisfacer a los manes y a los devas) debe darse con ambas manos: ésta es la norma de dharma debidamente establecida.
