Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 6

Śuka’s Yoga-ascent, the Echo of ‘Bhoḥ’, and the Vaikuṇṭha Vision

पादात्प्रभृति गात्रेषु क्रमेण क्रमयोगवित् । ततः स प्राङ्मुखो विद्वानादित्येन विरोचिते ॥ ६ ॥

pādātprabhṛti gātreṣu krameṇa kramayogavit | tataḥ sa prāṅmukho vidvānādityena virocite || 6 ||

Comenzando por los pies y avanzando por los miembros en el debido orden, el conocedor del yoga gradual (krama) debe disponer su conciencia en meditación. Luego, ese sabio practicante, vuelto hacia el oriente, ha de realizarlo en el resplandor del Sol, Āditya.
