त्रिघ्नाद्भजन्मूलकृत्या समं मूले न्यसेत्फलम् । तत्कृतित्वेन निहतान्निघ्नीं चापि विशोधयेत् ॥ २० ॥

trighnādbhajanmūlakṛtyā samaṃ mūle nyasetphalam | tatkṛtitvena nihatānnighnīṃ cāpi viśodhayet || 20 ||

De la planta llamada Trighnā, debe prepararse una kṛtyā basada en la raíz y colocarse un fruto junto a ella al pie de la raíz. Por la eficacia de ese acto, quienes han sido abatidos por ritos hostiles quedan liberados, y aun la fuerza aflictiva (nighnī) es purificada y neutralizada.
