Vyākaraṇa-saṅgraha: Pada–Vibhakti–Kāraka–Lakāra–Samāsa
जातार्थे लज्जितोऽत्यर्थे श्रेयाञ्छ्रेष्टश्च नारद । कृष्णतरः शुक्लतमः किम आख्यानतोऽव्ययान् ॥ ५९ ॥
jātārthe lajjito'tyarthe śreyāñchreṣṭaśca nārada | kṛṣṇataraḥ śuklatamaḥ kima ākhyānato'vyayān || 59 ||
Oh Nārada, uno puede sentirse hondamente avergonzado por fines mundanos y, aun así, ser llamado “más provechoso” y “excelentísimo”. ¿Qué utilidad, entonces, tiene relatar lo imperecedero con meras comparaciones como “más oscuro” o “más blanco”?
