Entretanto, en ese mismo instante, llegó velozmente un rākṣasa de aspecto terrible, rugiendo con un gran estruendo semejante al trueno.
The narrative emphasizes vigilance: danger often arrives suddenly and loudly; preparedness (through prior instruction) is the dhārmic response.
Manvantara: exemplary events within a Manu’s age, illustrating dharma and adharma through characters and conflicts.
The roaring rākṣasa can be read as the eruption of tamas/violent impulse; the ‘swift arrival’ mirrors how unguarded mind-states can rapidly overwhelm if not checked.
