त्रिजटां चार्थमानाभ्यां योजयामास राक्षसीम्‌ । इसके बाद परंतप श्रीरामने अविन्ध्यको अभीष्ट वरदान दिया तथा त्रिजटा राक्षसीको धन और सम्मानसे संतुष्ट किया

Transliteration

trijaṭāṃ cārthamānābhyāṃ yojayāmāsa rākṣasīm |

Translation

Mārkaṇḍeya dijo: Entonces honró a la rākṣasī Trijaṭā con riqueza y dignidad—le concedió el don que anhelaba y la dejó satisfecha mediante presentes y un trato respetuoso. El episodio subraya el deber del rey de recompensar la lealtad y la virtud aun en quienes pertenecen a otra raza o condición, y de sostener la gratitud como forma de dharma.
