Daśagrīva-boonāvaraṇa, Viṣṇv-avatāra-niyoga, Vānara-sahāya-janana, Mantharā-nirmāṇa

अवशिष्टमल्पकाल मन्वाना: पुरुषर्षभा:

avaśiṣṭam alpākālaṃ manvānāḥ puruṣarṣabhāḥ

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Pensando que apenas quedaba un poco de tiempo, aquellos hombres, cual toros—los más preeminentes entre las personas—afirmaron su determinación en consecuencia, conscientes de la urgencia del instante.
