स्वर्गे दुर्योधनदर्शनम् | Duryodhana Seen in Heaven
Triviṣṭapa
यत्कृते पृथिवी सर्वा सुहृदो बान्धवास्तथा । हतास्माभि: प्रसह्याजौ क्लिष्टै: पूर्व महावने
vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca |
yat-kṛte pṛthivī sarvā suhṛdo bāndhavās tathā |
hatāsmābhiḥ prasahyājau kliṣṭaiḥ pūrvaṃ mahāvane ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: «Por causa de él, toda la tierra quedó asolada, y también nuestros amigos y parientes fueron por nosotros mismos abatidos a la fuerza en la batalla; y por causa de él, antes, en el gran bosque, soportamos aflicciones dolorosas—»
