yugapat petatur vīrāv ubhāv indradhvajāv iva | ubhayoḥ senayor vīrās tadā hāhākṛto 'bhavan |
Dijo Sañjaya: En ese mismo instante, ambos héroes cayeron a la vez, como dos estandartes de Indra derribados. Entonces los guerreros de ambos ejércitos alzaron un clamor de lamento, un grito que estremeció el campo de batalla.
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that two prominent warriors fall at the same time, compared to two lofty Indra-banners collapsing; witnessing this, fighters from both armies cry out in lamentation.
