स कृत्वा सुमहत् कर्म तस्मिन् वै दशमे5हनि । सेनयोरन्तरे तिष्ठन् प्रगुहीतशरासन:,दसवें दिन यह महान् पराक्रम करके हाथमें धनुष लिये वे दोनों सेनाओंके बीचमें खड़े हो गये
sa kṛtvā sumahat karma tasmin vai daśame 'hani | senayor antare tiṣṭhan pragṛhītaśarāsanaḥ ||
Dijo Sañjaya: Tras realizar una hazaña inmensa en aquel décimo día, se mantuvo entre ambos ejércitos, con el arco firmemente empuñado, apostado en el mismo espacio donde se enfrentan el deber, el valor y el precio de la guerra.
