इतरस्तु जन: सर्वस्ते चैव परमर्षय: । प्रतिजग्मुर्यथाकामं धृतराष्ट्रा भ्यनुज्ञया,दूसरे सब लोग तथा महर्षिगण धृतराष्ट्रकी अनुमति ले अपने-अपने अभीष्ट स्थानोंको चले गये
itaras tu janaḥ sarvas te caiva paramarṣayaḥ | pratijagmur yathākāmaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭrābhyanujñayā ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Todos los demás, y también aquellos grandes sabios, tras recibir el permiso de Dhṛtarāṣṭra, partieron—cada cual hacia el lugar que deseaba.»
