पीतं रक्तं सितं विद्युत् कोटिकोटिसमप्रभम् अथवा ब्रह्मरन्ध्रस्थं चित्तं कृत्वा प्रयत्नतः
pītaṃ raktaṃ sitaṃ vidyut koṭikoṭisamaprabham athavā brahmarandhrasthaṃ cittaṃ kṛtvā prayatnataḥ
Con esfuerzo disciplinado, fíjese la mente en el resplandor interior—amarillo, rojo o blanco—que brilla como el fulgor de millones y millones de relámpagos; o bien establézcase la conciencia en el Brahmarandhra, la abertura de Brahmā en la coronilla. Por esta unidireccionalidad yóguica, el paśu (alma atada) es conducido hacia Pati, el Señor Śiva.
