नाचरेद्देहबाधायां दौर्मनस्यादिसम्भवे सुगुप्ते तु शुभे रम्ये गुहायां पर्वतस्य तु

No debe emprenderse la austeridad ni la práctica espiritual en un lugar que dañe el cuerpo o haga surgir abatimiento y otras perturbaciones. Más bien, practíquese en una cueva de montaña bien resguardada, auspiciosa y deleitosa—apta para la contemplación firme de Pati (Śiva) y para aflojar los lazos (pāśa) que atan al paśu (el alma).
