भुवनकोशस्वभाववर्णनम् — सप्तद्वीप-पर्वत-लोकविन्यासः तथा यक्ष-उमा-प्रकाशः

परेण पुष्करस्याथ अनुवृत्य स्थितो महान् स्वादूदकसमुद्रस्तु समन्तात्परिवेष्ट्य च

pareṇa puṣkarasyātha anuvṛtya sthito mahān svādūdakasamudrastu samantātpariveṣṭya ca

Más allá de Puṣkara, prolongándose aún, yace el vasto Océano de Aguas Dulces, que lo circunda todo por todos los lados—un límite ordenado dentro del designio cósmico de Śiva, que sostiene los mundos y sus sendas de peregrinación.
