Transliteration

dṛṣṭvā nistejasaṁ kāmaṁ sa-gaṇaṁ bhagavān svarāṭ śrutvānubhāvaṁ brahmarṣer vismayaṁ samagāt param

El poderoso rey Indra quedó sumamente asombrado al ver a Kāmadeva con su séquito sin poder alguno y al oír acerca de la mística grandeza del excelso sabio Mārkaṇḍeya.
