स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
Si cuenta con una facción de apoyo, no debe procederse abiertamente contra él; en caso contrario, debe hacérsele devolver (la riqueza) mediante medidas de recuperación.
