Transliteration

madhyamayorahnaś caturbhāgayor aṣṭabhāgo 'gnidaṇḍaḥ

Translation

Durante los dos cuartos centrales del día, la “pena de fuego” (tasa de vigilancia contra incendios) será de un octavo (de la parte tasada).
