महोपकारमुच्छुल्कं कुर्याद्बीजं च दुर्लभम् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.३१च्द् ॥

Transliteration

mahopakāram ucchulkaṃ kuryād bījaṃ ca durlabham

Translation

Debe conceder exención de aranceles a los bienes/servicios que aporten un gran beneficio público, y también debe tratar la semilla escasa como una mercancía protegida y prioritaria (para una gestión especial).
