अनभियोगश्चार्थेष्वागन्तूनामन्यत्र सभ्योपकारिभ्यः ॥ कZ_०२.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

anabhiyogaś cārtheṣv āgantūnām anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ

Translation

Los comerciantes visitantes (forasteros) no deben ser objeto de reclamaciones ni hostigamiento en asuntos mercantiles, salvo cuando hayan causado daño a ciudadanos respetables (o a personas bajo protección cívica).
