पृथिवी कोशदण्डाभ्यां प्राप्यते कोशभूषणा ॥ कZ_०२.१२.३७च्द् ॥

Transliteration

pṛthivī kośa-daṇḍābhyāṃ prāpyate kośa-bhūṣaṇā

Translation

El territorio (pṛthivī) se obtiene mediante el tesoro y el poder coercitivo; y ese territorio, a su vez, se convierte en un ornamento—un incremento—del tesoro.
