तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥

Transliteration

tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt

Translation

Por lo tanto, el escriba real debe poseer las cualificaciones de un ministro, estar versado en toda ocasión (protocolo y contexto), escribir con rapidez, tener letras claras y elegantes, y ser competente tanto en escribir como en leer en voz alta.
