This verse presents Vishnu as the indwelling ground of the cosmos—everything exists ‘within’ Him—supporting the Purana’s theology that the Supreme Person sustains and pervades all reality.
Parāśara directs the seeker to worship Govinda (Vishnu) specifically; devotion and reverent adoration are shown as the direct means toward the supreme attainment.
Acyuta emphasizes Vishnu’s unfailing, imperishable nature, while Govinda highlights His beneficent lordship; together they frame liberation as grounded in the supreme, reliable sovereignty of Vishnu.
